The club looks to offer both structured coached run sessions as well as social runs throughout the year, catering for all abilities.

SUMMER PROGRAMME: April to September

BTF Level 3 Coached Track Session

When & Where: Every Friday 6 – 7pm @Xcel leisure centre sports hub track, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Esher, KT12 2JG.

This is a coached session by our BTF Level 3 Coach and is designed to improve everyone’s speed and endurance prior to the race season. The session caters for all abilities from the novice to those who are looking to improve.

Wednesday Evening Trail Run

When & Where: Every Wednesday. Start location varies, check VTC app for details. Usually meet up around 6:15pm.

Session: Each week we meet at a different start point, conveniently located near a pub, and enjoy the various trails Surrey has to offer. See the VTC app ‘Running’ chat for each week’s location, time and distance. These a not sprints, it’s a leisurely pace and everyone is welcome.

WINTER PROGRAMME: October to April

This is a coached session by our BTF Level 3 Coach and is designed to improve everyone’s speed and endurance prior to the race season. The session caters for all abilities from the novice to those who are looking to improve.

The winter sessions will have a focus on circuit strength and conditioning training. This will be beneficial to everyone even if you have an injury or niggle that prevents you from running as exercises can be specific for those with any injuries.
